Overview
This site is operated by FireLight. By browsing it or placing an order you agree to the terms below, along with our privacy policy and our shipping and returns policy. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.
Who can order
You must be 18 or older to buy from us, and we currently ship to addresses in the United States only. You agree not to use our products for any unlawful purpose.
Orders and pricing
All prices are in US dollars and are shown before any applicable tax. An order confirmation is an acknowledgement, not an acceptance: we may cancel and refund an order in full if an item is out of stock, if a price or description was published in error, or if the order looks fraudulent. We may change prices, promotions and product specifications at any time without notice.
Shipping, returns and warranty
Shipping is free within the US, orders are processed in 1-2 business days and normally arrive within 3-7 business days after dispatch. You have 30 days from delivery to return the mask, used or unused, with return shipping paid by you and no restocking fee. Every mask carries a one-year warranty against faults in materials and workmanship. The full detail lives on our shipping and returns page.
Safe use and health disclaimer
Firelight is a cosmetic skincare device intended to support the general appearance of your skin. It is not a medical device. Nothing on this site is medical advice, and no statement here has been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
Speak to a doctor before use if you are pregnant, taking medication that increases light sensitivity, or being treated for an eye or skin condition. Follow the instructions in the box, do not exceed the recommended session length, and stop using the mask if your skin becomes irritated. Individual results vary.
Accuracy of the site
We work hard to keep product details, imagery and comparisons accurate and current, but we do not warrant that everything on the site is free of error. Where a comparison references another brand, it reflects that brand's own published figures at the time of writing.
Accounts and content
You are responsible for keeping your account password secure and for activity that happens under your account. All text, imagery and branding on this site belongs to FireLight and may not be reproduced commercially without written permission.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability in connection with an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing here limits any right you have that cannot legally be limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, and any dispute will be handled in the courts of that state.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published here at the moment you order is the one that applies to that order.
