Shipping & Returns

We ship within the United States only, and shipping is free on every order. There is no minimum and no express upsell — one speed, no charge.

You get a tracking link by email the moment your order leaves our warehouse. If tracking has not moved for several days, write to us and we will chase the carrier for you.

Please double-check your address at checkout. If a parcel comes back to us as undeliverable, we will reship it once at no cost.

Light therapy takes a few weeks to show up in the mirror, so a sealed-box-only policy would be useless to you. You have 30 days from delivery to return the mask, used or unused.

How to return

1. Email returns@firelight.shop with your order number.
2. We reply with the return address and confirm your window is open.
3. Ship the mask and controller back, ideally in the original box, with a tracked service.
4. Once it arrives and is checked, we issue the refund. Your bank typically posts it within a few business days.

Please do not send anything back before emailing us — parcels without a confirmed return cannot be matched to your order.

Every Firelight mask is covered for one year from delivery against faults in materials and workmanship. If the LEDs, controller or battery fail in normal use, email us with your order number and a short description or video and we will repair or replace it.

The warranty does not cover accidental damage, water damage, or wear from anything other than normal at-home use.
